As a Mathematics Teacher at Moutaqidamah International School, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact, student-centered mathematics instruction aligned with our rigorous curriculum. Key Responsibilities

In this full-time, on-site role, your responsibilities will include:

• Instructional Excellence: Design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned mathematics lessons tailored to diverse learning needs, ensuring students develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.
• Curriculum Development: Actively participate in curriculum planning, assessment design, and instructional resource development to enhance the quality of mathematics education at the school.
• Student-Centered Learning: Implement differentiated instruction strategies to support all learners, including those with varying abilities, backgrounds, and learning styles.
• Assessment and Feedback: Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a structured, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic achievement and positive student engagement.
• Collaboration and Communication: Engage in regular team meetings, share best practices with colleagues, and maintain open lines of communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress and development.
• Professional Growth: Commit to continuous professional development, staying current with best practices in mathematics education and incorporating innovative teaching methodologies into your instruction.
• School Engagement: Participate in school-wide activities, events, and initiatives that promote a vibrant and inclusive learning community.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• Expertise in Mathematics: A strong command of mathematics content, pedagogy, and educational best practices, with a passion for inspiring students to develop a lifelong appreciation for the subject.
• Teaching Credentials: A valid teaching license or certification, along with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field.
• Classroom Leadership: Proven experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management, with a track record of supporting diverse learners in an inclusive environment.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and families. Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
• International Experience: Prior experience working in international or multicultural school settings is highly beneficial, though not mandatory.
• Collaborative Mindset: A commitment to teamwork, professional growth, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the school community.
