We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Head of Investment Banking to spearhead our investment banking operations, specializing in the CME1 and CME5 segments. As the Head of Investment Banking, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in delivering end-to-end investment banking services, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), private placements, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and comprehensive financial due diligence. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating complex financial markets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Your strategic vision and operational acumen will drive the following critical functions:

• Financial Modelling and Advisory: Design and develop sophisticated financial models to support investment decisions, capital structuring, and valuation assessments. Ensure these models align with market trends, regulatory requirements, and client objectives.
• Leadership in Capital Market Transactions: Oversee the entire process of Parallel Market IPOs and Tadawul listings, from initial structuring to post-IPO support, ensuring seamless execution and optimal client outcomes. Lead the end-to-end management of private placements, including investor relations, documentation, and compliance.
• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Direct the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic M&A opportunities, leveraging deep industry insights and financial acumen to maximize value for stakeholders.
• Due Diligence and Feasibility Analysis: Supervise comprehensive financial due diligence processes, preparing meticulous feasibility study reports and evaluation frameworks to inform critical business decisions.
• Regulatory and Compliance Excellence: Ensure all financial activities adhere to the highest standards of regulatory compliance, particularly in relation to CME1 and CME5 certifications, while maintaining transparency and integrity in all transactions.
• Team Leadership and Business Growth: Mentor and lead a high-caliber team of financial analysts, advisors, and professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Competencies

• 5+ Years of Proven Experience: A robust background in investment banking, financial advisory, or a related field, with a minimum of five years in a leadership or senior advisory role. Prior experience in CME1 and CME5 segments is mandatory.
