Key Responsibilities:

In this strategic leadership role, you will:

• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring seamless execution of general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), billing, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and revenue recognition processes.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, delivering accurate and timely financial statements that align with regulatory and corporate standards.
• Develop and implement robust budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis frameworks to enhance financial planning and decision-making.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to senior management, enabling informed strategic decisions.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial transactions, reports, and compliance documentation, including statutory, regulatory, and tax filings.
• Optimize cash flow and working capital management to support operational efficiency and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
• Design and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance frameworks to mitigate risks and enhance operational resilience.
• Drive digital transformation in finance by identifying opportunities for process automation, ERP system integration, and advanced analytics.

Key Requirements:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with:

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in financial controllership, financial reporting, and strategic finance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing sector.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
• Deep expertise in financial statement preparation, regulatory compliance, and tax reporting, with a strong understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Hands-on experience in general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, cost accounting, and inventory valuation processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, and automation tools.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor, develop, and manage accounting teams effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making acumen, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
