As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global logistics connectivity by designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance integrations that power our platform. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time, on-site position offers end-to-end ownership of critical integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Cargosrate and the world’s largest logistics networks.

This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role where you will take full responsibility for the entire integration lifecycle—from initial technical discovery and API assessment to sandbox validation, certification, production deployment, and long-term operational reliability. Your expertise will directly influence the scalability, performance, and resilience of Cargosrate’s integrations, enabling enterprises to optimize their supply chains with confidence.

What You Will Achieve

As a Senior Integration Engineer, your contributions will be transformative across multiple dimensions:

• Global Logistics Integration: Architect and manage integrations with airlines and air cargo systems, ensuring seamless exchange of rates, schedules, bookings, tracking, and shipment data. Connect Cargosrate with shipping lines and ocean carriers, their digital platforms, and freight forwarders to streamline international logistics operations.
• Enterprise System Convergence: Develop robust integrations with SAP, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise systems, enabling real-time data synchronization and operational efficiency for Fortune-level clients.
• Technical Excellence: Design and deploy integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML, and messaging queues, ensuring compatibility with diverse systems and protocols. Leverage asynchronous architectures to build scalable, fault-tolerant solutions that handle high-volume transactions.
• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full integration lifecycle—from technical discovery and mapping to sandbox testing, certification, and production go-live. Implement best practices in monitoring, logging, retries, idempotency, and error handling to ensure production-grade reliability and minimal downtime.
• Problem-Solving at Scale: Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across multi-system environments, conducting root-cause analysis (RCA) to enhance system resilience. Proactively optimize integrations to support real-world business operations at enterprise scale.
