Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Lead with Strategic Vision: Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies aligned with regional market trends to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. Your ability to anticipate guest needs and align sales efforts with broader marketing initiatives will be instrumental in achieving our targets.
• Drive Sales Performance: Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities through targeted outreach, negotiations, and relationship-building. Ensure monthly budget goals and new business targets are met with precision and dedication.
• Enhance Guest Experiences: Coordinate VIP arrivals, welcome protocols, and personalized assistance to ensure seamless and memorable stays for high-profile guests. Collaborate with Front Office, Banqueting, and Food & Beverage teams to meet all guest requirements with excellence.
• Build and Nurture Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with internal departments (including Front Office, Accounting, and Reservations) and external stakeholders such as travel agents, corporate clients, and market influencers. Follow up diligently with clients before, during, and after engagements to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Analyze and Report Insights: Prepare comprehensive monthly sales activity reports, track lost business opportunities, and present actionable insights during Monthly Sales Meetings. Stay ahead of industry trends by analyzing competition and contributing to the overall market strategy.
• Inspire and Develop Talent: Mentor your sales team, encourage professional development, and participate in training programs to ensure continuous growth. Your leadership will set the standard for a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Represent the Brand: Deliver professional presentations to key clients, attend industry trade shows, and uphold the Radisson Collection Residences standards in Riyadh and beyond. Your ability to communicate effectively—both internally and externally—will be critical to our success.
• Resolve and Escalate: Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, escalating complex issues to the Director of Sales & Marketing as needed while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
