Your Impact

As the Community & Partnerships Manager, your role will be pivotal in elevating Tamatem’s influence in Saudi Arabia. You will spearhead initiatives that bridge the gap between our games and the vibrant local gaming community, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry trends and cultural conversations. Your strategic vision and execution will be instrumental in:

• Driving Business Growth: Represent Tamatem at high-profile gaming, entertainment, and industry events across Saudi Arabia, fostering relationships with brands, sponsors, government entities, and strategic partners. Identify and secure lucrative sponsorship opportunities that align with our games and events, while negotiating and coordinating partnerships to maximize business expansion.
• Deepening Community Connections: Act as the bridge between Tamatem and the Saudi gaming community, staying attuned to emerging trends, player behaviors, and cultural moments. Share actionable market insights with internal teams to inform strategic decisions and ensure our games resonate authentically with local audiences.
• Building Strategic Alliances: Cultivate relationships with gaming organizations, clubs, universities, and local influencers to strengthen Tamatem’s presence in the Saudi gaming ecosystem. Leverage these connections to amplify our brand and create immersive experiences that foster long-term loyalty.
• Elevating Influencer & Community Engagement: Discover and nurture relationships with Saudi gaming influencers and content creators, supporting campaigns and activations that align with our games. Recommend creators who can authentically represent Tamatem’s values, driving organic growth and awareness.
• Creating Memorable Experiences: Plan and execute high-impact community events, tournaments, and activations that leave a lasting impression. Coordinate participation in exhibitions and conferences, managing logistics to ensure seamless execution and unforgettable player experiences.
• Enhancing Player Loyalty: Oversee merchandise production and distribution, organizing exclusive gifts and rewards for VIP players, tournament winners, influencers, and community leaders. Develop unique initiatives that strengthen player bonds and reinforce Tamatem’s reputation as a leader in the gaming industry.
