In this dynamic role, you will lead the development of a comprehensive product strategy and marketing plan tailored to the specialized therapeutic area, aligning with mid-to-long-term commercial objectives. Your responsibilities will span from market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to executing tactical plans that maximize brand visibility and market penetration. With a focus on fostering strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders—including KOLs, hospital decision-makers, and major accounts—you will drive access, adoption, and growth for innovative therapies that make a tangible difference in patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Design and implement a robust product strategy and marketing plan to ensure market leadership in specialized therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Endocrinology, Hematology, or Immunology.
• Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, translating insights into actionable strategies that position the brand for sustained growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture high-level relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including KOLs, hospital executives, and major accounts, to facilitate collaboration and drive adoption of innovative therapies.
• Tactical Execution: Develop and execute tactical marketing plans aligned with the brand strategy, ensuring cohesive execution across all touchpoints to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and market dynamics, adjusting strategies in real-time to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, MS, or PhD) are a significant advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing a specialty pharmaceutical portfolio, with expertise in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Endocrinology, Hematology, or Immunology. Experience in the KSA market is highly preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex market data, anticipate industry shifts, and develop data-driven strategies that drive commercial success.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: A proactive mindset with a track record of creative problem-solving to navigate challenges and capitalize on market opportunities with agility.
• Organizational Excellence: Strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
