Senior Financial Analyst – Drive Strategic Financial Insights and Global Reporting Excellence

As a **Senior Financial Analyst**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and strategic integrity of our Group’s financial reporting. You will lead the consolidation process, oversee financial reporting, and drive continuous improvement in financial controls—positioning you as a key enabler of informed decision-making and operational excellence.

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Lead Financial Consolidation – Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in strict adherence to IFRS and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Validate and Consolidate Subsidiary Data – Collect, review, and validate financial reporting packages submitted by subsidiaries, performing critical consolidation entries such as intercompany eliminations, investment adjustments, non-controlling interests, and consolidation adjustments.
• Resolve Discrepancies with Precision – Investigate and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions, collaborating closely with subsidiaries to address discrepancies within tight reporting deadlines while maintaining Group-wide consistency.
• Enforce Compliance and Standards – Ensure subsidiaries adhere to Group intercompany reporting policies, accounting principles, chart of accounts, and reporting timelines, fostering a culture of financial discipline and transparency.
• Facilitate External Audit Processes – Coordinate with external auditors by managing audit schedules, compiling supporting documentation, and addressing confirmation requests and audit queries with clarity and efficiency.
• Monitor and Resolve Audit Findings – Track audit findings diligently and work with stakeholders to implement timely resolutions, mitigating risks and strengthening financial controls.
• Analyze and Interpret Financial Performance – Conduct in-depth reviews of consolidated financial results, identifying and explaining significant variances, movements, and unusual balances to support strategic discussions.
• Drive Process Improvement – Support the development and refinement of financial reporting policies, procedures, templates, and consolidation controls, ensuring scalability and adaptability to evolving business needs.
• Maintain Robust Documentation – Preserve meticulous working papers and audit trails for all consolidation and reporting activities, ensuring accountability and regulatory readiness.
• Advance Financial Systems – Assist in the implementation and enhancement of consolidation and financial reporting systems, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner seamlessly with accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, internal audit, and subsidiary finance teams to align financial strategies and drive cohesive decision-making.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

• Possession of a professional certification such as SOCPA, CMA, or CPA, demonstrating advanced financial acumen.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
