As an Architect at our organization, you will lead the design process from conceptualization to final execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will span the entire lifecycle of architectural projects, ensuring that every space we create is not only visually compelling but also highly functional, compliant with regulations, and optimized for cost and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design & Innovation: Develop cutting-edge architectural concepts tailored to training centers, educational facilities, and related spaces, blending creativity with practicality to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Technical Documentation & Modeling: Produce detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using advanced CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to communicate design intent effectively.
• Collaborative Project Management: Work seamlessly with internal teams, engineers, contractors, and clients to align requirements, timelines, and budgets while overseeing project execution from inception to completion.
• Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, safety standards, and permitting processes in Saudi Arabia, mitigating risks and ensuring seamless approvals.
• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, electrical, and technological systems to deliver cohesive and high-performance solutions.
• Quality Assurance & Optimization: Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and propose design adjustments to enhance quality, reduce costs, and accelerate project timelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to clients, partners, and internal teams, fostering transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, technical reports, and coordination with suppliers and external partners to ensure seamless workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for architecture and a proven track record in delivering exceptional design solutions. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Advanced Architectural Expertise: Deep knowledge of architectural principles, design aesthetics, and spatial planning to create functional, innovative, and compliant solutions.
• Project Management Acumen: Experience managing architectural projects end-to-end, including planning, coordination, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with digital tools for design automation, visualization, and collaboration.
• Interdisciplinary Integration: Strong understanding of how architectural designs interact with structural, mechanical, electrical, and technological systems to deliver holistic solutions.
