Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the development of architectural designs across all project stages—from initial concept refinement to detailed construction documentation, ensuring aesthetic excellence and functional integrity.
• BIM & Digital Design: Utilize advanced **Revit** software within a **Building Information Modeling (BIM)** environment to create precise, data-rich architectural models and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate structural, MEP, and planning disciplines seamlessly.
• Regulatory Compliance & Approvals: Serve as the primary liaison with municipal authorities, government entities, and regulatory bodies to secure design approvals, address technical reviews, and ensure strict adherence to the **Saudi Building Code** and local municipal regulations.
• 3D Visualization & Presentation: Craft high-fidelity **3D models** and immersive visualizations using **3ds Max** and **SketchUp** to communicate design intent effectively to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Participate in design reviews, technical workshops, and decision-making forums to resolve complex challenges, offering strategic architectural solutions that enhance project outcomes.
• Project Oversight & Delivery: Monitor design progress, milestones, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.
• Material & Detailing Review: Assist in evaluating material submittals, mockups, and architectural detailing to uphold quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

We are seeking a **highly qualified Architect** with a blend of creative vision and technical expertise. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Education: A **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture** from a recognized institution, complemented by a strong foundation in design theory, history, and sustainable practices.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of **5 years** of hands-on experience in architectural design, with **at least 3 years** gained within a **reputable engineering consultancy** environment. Proven success in managing projects from inception to completion, demonstrating leadership in design development and client relations.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of **Revit**, **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, **3ds Max**, and **Adobe Creative Suite**, with the ability to leverage these tools to produce innovative and technically sound designs. Familiarity with **BIM workflows** and interdisciplinary coordination is essential.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the **Saudi Building Code** and local municipal regulations, ensuring designs meet or exceed compliance requirements while pushing creative boundaries.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in **English**, enabling effective interaction with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Strong interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
• Certification & Licensure: Professional licensure (e.g., **RIBA, NCARB, or equivalent**) is highly advantageous and may be required for certain projects.
