Key Responsibilities

As a strategic merchandiser, your role is to maximize our brand visibility and sales performance across retail outlets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Optimize On-Shelf Presence: Execute daily merchandising activities to ensure our products are prominently displayed in all assigned outlets, adhering to approved planograms for both shelf and off-shelf displays. Maintain compliance with agreed-upon arrangements and report any deviations promptly to your supervisor.
• Enhance Customer Engagement: Conduct in-store sampling sessions and promotional activities to drive consumer interest and trial of our products. Leverage market insights to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Ensure Product Quality and Freshness: Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices to rotate stock, remove sub-standard products, and maintain a clean, fresh presentation of our products on shelves.
• Monitor Competitive Landscape: Track competitive activities within the market and report findings to inform strategic decisions and maintain our market edge.
• Collaborate with Retail Partners: Build strong relationships with assigned outlets to ensure alignment with our merchandising standards and address any operational challenges proactively.
• Support Promotional Campaigns: Participate in sampling, redemption, and other promotional initiatives as required to boost brand engagement and sales.
• Adhere to Operational Excellence: Follow daily journey plans, maintain high standards of execution, and ensure compliance with LTA (Long-Term Agreement) terms. Report daily activities to your supervisor for continuous improvement.

• Execution Standard: Consistency in adhering to merchandising protocols and maintaining high-quality presentation.
• LTA Enforcement: Upholding long-term agreements with retail partners to ensure sustained market presence.
