• Operational Excellence: Oversee critical financial functions such as Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Night Audit processes, ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and industry regulations.
• Accurate Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and review of monthly financial statements, ensuring precision in cash receipt coding and supporting internal audits to maintain transparency and compliance.
• Transaction Oversight: Review and authorize high-level financial transactions, including ledger reconciliations, tax filings, and payroll processing, to uphold financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Team Development and Culture Building: Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team by providing coaching, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of professional growth and recognition.
