Your Impact

In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of English language education in Riyadh. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering engaging, high-impact English lessons tailored to CEFR levels, leveraging communicative and learner-centered methodologies to ensure measurable progress.
• Creating and refining lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that align with international standards while addressing the unique needs of diverse adult and young adult learners.
• Conducting dynamic face-to-face classes that inspire participation, critical thinking, and real-world language application.
• Assessing student performance and providing constructive, actionable feedback to accelerate learning and build confidence.
• Collaborating on curriculum development to enhance program effectiveness and adapt to evolving educational trends.
• Mentoring junior instructors and fostering a culture of continuous professional growth within the team.
• Participating in professional development initiatives to stay at the forefront of language teaching innovations.

• Proven mastery of English teaching methodologies, with a deep understanding of CEFR-aligned course design and learner-centered instruction.
• Strong foundation in education and curriculum implementation, with the ability to create and adapt materials that resonate with diverse learners.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, enabling you to craft compelling lesson plans, assessments, and student feedback.
• Near-native or native-level proficiency in English, coupled with exceptional classroom management skills to maintain an engaging and productive learning atmosphere.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, complemented by a teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TEFL, TESOL) for added credibility.
• Demonstrable experience teaching CEFR-aligned courses and working effectively with adult and young adult learners from varied backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative on-site environment while maintaining independence and initiative.
