Key Responsibilities

Your work will have a direct impact on large-scale infrastructure projects across the GCC region. Key responsibilities include:

• Technical Leadership: Provide specialized expertise in dry utilities engineering, including power distribution (MV/LV), substations, renewable energy systems, street lighting, telecommunications, and ICT infrastructure. Lead the design and optimization of these systems to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
• Project Delivery: Support the planning, design, and engineering phases of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. Assemble and analyze project data to inform decision-making, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and regulatory bodies to manage project coordination, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure alignment with project objectives. About You

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in dry utilities engineering, possessing the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications in specialized areas (e.g., renewable energy, smart grids) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in dry utilities engineering, with a strong focus on GCC or UAE infrastructure projects. Demonstrated leadership in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving power distribution, substations, telecommunications, and renewable energy systems.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of power distribution systems, substation design, street lighting, telecommunications, ICT, and security infrastructure. Familiarity with sustainable infrastructure practices, renewable energy integration, and smart city technologies is highly advantageous.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, DIALux, and other engineering software. Experience with project management and design software is essential.
• Project Management: Strong background in project management, design coordination, and construction support. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
