As our Systems and IT Analyst, you will play a central role in managing and enhancing our core systems, including Odoo ERP, Magento, and our e-commerce platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning departmental needs with scalable, high-performance technology frameworks, ensuring that our business processes are not only streamlined but also future-ready. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of technical and analytical functions, including but not limited to:

• System Administration and Support: Oversee the day-to-day management of our technical infrastructure, including user permissions, system configurations, and technical troubleshooting. Ensure robust system uptime, performance, and security while providing proactive support to end-users across the organization.
• Business and Technical Alignment: Act as a translator between business stakeholders and technical teams, meticulously analyzing departmental requirements and translating them into actionable technical specifications. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions directly address business challenges and objectives.
• ERP and Odoo Management: Lead the implementation, optimization, and integration of our Odoo ERP system, covering critical modules such as Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, and Human Resources. Ensure seamless connectivity with other business systems to enhance data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and decision-making capabilities.
• E-commerce and Magento Expertise: Drive the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Magento platform, including integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, and third-party services. Optimize user experience, order processing, inventory management, and delivery workflows to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Digital Transformation and Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and manual task reduction by analyzing current workflows. Develop and implement innovative solutions that leverage technology to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and accelerate time-to-market for digital initiatives.
• Product Ownership and Prioritization: Assume the role of Product Owner, defining priorities, managing the product backlog, and crafting detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure that development efforts are aligned with strategic business goals and deliver measurable value to stakeholders.
• Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system requirements, process maps, and technical specifications. Create and update dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into system performance, sales metrics, and operational KPIs.
• Incident Management and Root-Cause Analysis: Investigate system incidents and technical issues with a methodical approach, identifying root causes and driving resolutions. Collaborate with developers and vendors to implement corrective measures and prevent recurrence.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in system testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure that new features and updates meet the highest standards of functionality and reliability before deployment.
• API and Data Management: Monitor and optimize APIs, databases, and data flows across our ERP, Odoo, Magento, and e-commerce platforms. Ensure data integrity, security, and seamless interoperability to support real-time decision-making.
• User Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to empower users with the knowledge and skills needed to leverage our systems effectively. Provide ongoing support and guidance to foster high adoption rates and maximize system ROI.
• Security and Business Continuity: Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. Oversee backup strategies and disaster recovery planning to maintain business continuity in the face of unforeseen challenges.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, analytical rigor, and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant domains are a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience as a System Administrator, with a strong foundation in ERP systems, particularly Odoo. Proven expertise in Magento and e-commerce platform management is essential. Familiarity with databases, SQL, and APIs is required.
• Product and Business Analysis: Prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Project and Documentation Tools: Proficiency in using project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence to streamline workflows and maintain knowledge repositories.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities are critical. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required to facilitate seamless collaboration in a multicultural environment.
