At B-West Group, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator and Marketing Specialist to join our Rábapalota team. This role is designed for an innovative professional who thrives on storytelling through visuals, video, and social media content while actively contributing to our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

In this multifaceted role, you will:

• Captivate audiences with high-quality photography and short videos, both on-site and at external locations such as construction sites or company events.
• Develop compelling social media content, including posts, product showcases, and engaging storytelling to highlight our projects, workflows, and team members.
• Conduct and produce short interviews and behind-the-scenes footage to humanize our brand and share authentic experiences.
• Generate creative content concepts, draft scripts, and design social media content calendars to ensure a consistent and impactful online presence.
• Edit and assemble photos and videos, compile promotional materials, and create mood boards to support our marketing campaigns.
• Develop campaign-specific creative assets and assist in updating our website and digital platforms with fresh, relevant content.
• Stay ahead of trends in social media and competitor strategies, gathering actionable insights to inspire our content strategy.
• Actively participate in company events to capture real-time, authentic content that resonates with our audience.

• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools, along with a willingness to expand your knowledge in online marketing.
• A self-driven, initiative-rich mindset, ensuring you deliver high-quality work independently and on time.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and an eagerness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
• Adaptability to work across various locations, including our Rábapalota office and project sites.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following will give you an edge:

• A background in marketing, communications, or media-related studies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work in photography, videography, or social media content creation.
• Advanced skills in photo editing and video editing software.
• Experience with WordPress, Google Ads, or Meta Ads platforms.
• An interest in technical and construction industries, aligning with our core business.
• A valid B category driver’s license for easy access to project sites.
