• Strategic Advisory: Partner with clients to develop and implement sophisticated financial strategies that enhance operational efficiency, drive profitability, and position businesses for sustainable growth in competitive markets.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Lead end-to-end M&A advisory projects, from due diligence and valuation to integration planning, ensuring transactions are executed with precision and aligned with client objectives.
