As a key member of our Banking & Capital Markets team, you will collaborate with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and unlock value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Advisory & Transaction Advisory: Lead end-to-end advisory engagements, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, capital raising, and financial due diligence for banking and capital markets clients. Develop and present strategic recommendations that align with client objectives and market trends.
• Regulatory & Compliance Support: Assist clients in navigating regulatory frameworks, ensuring adherence to local and international financial regulations, and implementing robust governance frameworks to mitigate compliance risks.
• Capital Markets Advisory: Provide expertise in debt and equity financing, bond issuances, and capital structure optimization. Support clients in accessing capital markets, structuring deals, and executing transactions with precision and efficiency.
• Risk & Performance Management: Conduct in-depth financial analyses, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and long-term sustainability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, boards of directors, and regulatory bodies, fostering strong relationships built on transparency, integrity, and strategic insight.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, foster a culture of excellence, and contribute to the professional development of high-potential talent within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Candidates for this role should possess:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least **5 years of relevant experience** in financial advisory, banking, capital markets, or a related discipline, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in M&A, restructuring, or regulatory advisory.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and regulatory compliance frameworks, particularly within the banking and capital markets sectors.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for clients.
• A deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s financial landscape, including local regulations, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple engagements, deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as **CFA, ACCA, or CPA** are a significant advantage.
