As a Project Manager at Fakeeh Technologies, you will:

• Define and execute project strategies by aligning initiatives with organizational goals, leveraging data-driven insights to guide decision-making and enhance project outcomes.
• Lead and mentor teams to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and drive productivity, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and motivated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently, monitoring financial performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising project integrity.
• Implement robust risk management frameworks to proactively identify potential challenges, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining adherence to best practices in project governance and quality assurance.
• Leverage advanced project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) to enhance efficiency, track progress, and deliver measurable results.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, clients, and internal teams, presenting progress reports, insights, and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.

What we’re looking for:

• A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects across diverse industries, with a focus on delivering tangible business value.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) are a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving project dynamics and market conditions.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build strong working relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana) and familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred, given the multicultural work environment in Jeddah.
