Key Responsibilities:

In this demanding yet rewarding role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Technical Maintenance and Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures in accordance with EASA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company SOPs to ensure aircraft airworthiness and operational readiness.
• A320 Family Expertise: Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of the Airbus A320 family, including its systems, avionics, and mechanical components, to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and modifications with precision.
• VVIP Aircraft Specialization: Apply specialized maintenance techniques tailored to VVIP aircraft, which often require additional attention to detail, custom configurations, and high-end interior systems.
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and certifications to ensure full compliance with EASA Part-145 and Part-66 regulations.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with senior engineers, mechanics, and aviation professionals to resolve complex technical issues, implement corrective actions, and optimize aircraft performance.
• Continuous Training and Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aircraft technology, regulatory updates, and industry best practices to enhance your technical proficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A valid EASA B1.1 Aircraft Maintenance License with an A320 family type rating, issued by the competent authority.
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of commercial aircraft, with a strong preference for experience on the Airbus A320 family.
• Familiarity with VVIP aircraft configurations, including custom interiors, advanced avionics, and specialized systems, is highly advantageous.
• A deep understanding of EASA regulations, Part-145, and Part-66, along with a commitment to adhering to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Strong technical communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, regulatory bodies, and cross-functional teams.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks in various environmental conditions, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional proficiency in Arabic being a significant advantage for seamless integration into the Jeddah-based team.
