Key Responsibilities

As the Technology Lead, your responsibilities will be both strategic and hands-on, encompassing:

• Strategic System Leadership: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of our ERP, Odoo, Magento, and E-commerce platforms to ensure they align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
• ERP and Odoo Mastery: Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, and Human Resources, while ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
• E-commerce Excellence: Drive the development and enhancement of our Magento platform, integrating payment gateways, shipping providers, and other critical systems to deliver a superior user experience and streamline operations.
• Product Ownership: Act as the Product Owner, defining priorities, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine user stories and acceptance criteria that drive innovation and efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Conduct in-depth analyses of current processes to identify automation opportunities, reduce manual workloads, and enhance overall operational agility.
• Technical Governance: Maintain robust system documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and technical specifications, while ensuring compliance with security and data integrity standards.
• Incident Management: Lead the investigation of system incidents and technical issues, diagnosing root causes, and overseeing resolutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Testing and Deployment: Play a key role in system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate functionality and readiness for launch.
• Data and Performance Monitoring: Monitor APIs, databases, and data flows across platforms to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop insightful reports and dashboards to track system performance, sales metrics, and operational KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Train users, provide technical guidance, and foster adoption of new systems while collaborating with developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Security and Compliance: Uphold system security, data integrity, and backup protocols to safeguard critical business assets and ensure compliance with industry standards.
