Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Leadership: Direct all legal and compliance initiatives to ensure full adherence to Saudi Arabian, North African, and global pharmaceutical regulations, including but not limited to Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), Egyptian FDA, and Moroccan Health Ministry guidelines.
• Strategic Compliance: Develop and implement robust compliance programs, risk assessments, and internal controls to safeguard the company’s operations and reputation.
• Contract and Deal Management: Oversee all legal agreements, including supplier contracts, partnerships, and regulatory submissions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal best practices.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Sandoz’s global legal team and regional stakeholders, facilitating seamless compliance and legal support across borders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in regulatory dialogues, audits, and legal proceedings, fostering strong relationships with government authorities, industry bodies, and external counsel.
• Training and Awareness: Drive compliance culture through training programs, policy development, and clear communication of legal and regulatory expectations.
• Business Growth: Leverage legal expertise to identify opportunities for expansion, mergers, or strategic acquisitions while mitigating associated risks.

• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, regulatory submissions, and corporate governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at both regional and global levels.
• A degree in Law or a related field, complemented by relevant certifications (e.g., in compliance or regulatory affairs).
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
