Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and finalize contract terms, variations, and amendments in collaboration with legal, procurement, and project teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of **8+ years** of experience in contract management, claims administration, or a related field within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven expertise in **contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and claims analysis**, with a strong portfolio of successful case resolutions.
• Deep understanding of **FIDIC, NEC, and other international contract standards**, as well as local Saudi Arabian contract laws.
