Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor project performance against key milestones, delivering regular progress reports and variance analyses to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design, engineering, and construction activities.
• Leverage advanced project management tools and methodologies to optimize efficiency and enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Egis’ quality management systems.
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in project control and risk management.
• Represent Egis in client meetings and negotiations, advocating for project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project control, program management, or a related discipline, with a strong focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and cost management.
• Deep understanding of risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with international project management standards (e.g., PMI, ISO) and industry-specific regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, with fluency in both English and Arabic (preferred).
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma are highly advantageous.
