As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) within the MENAT region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Sobi’s reputation as a leader in medical affairs. This strategic position bridges the gap between scientific innovation, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and key stakeholders, ensuring our therapies reach those who need them most. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Foster Collaborative Relationships: Establish and nurture partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), scientific experts, and medical stakeholders to amplify Sobi’s scientific credibility and influence.
• Deliver Impactful Medical Communications: Align with corporate and business unit strategies to provide high-quality, evidence-based medical insights to field teams, regional offices, and external stakeholders.
• Lead Scientific Engagement Initiatives: Develop and execute a Center of Excellence engagement plan, including organizing scientific advisory boards and supporting market access strategies in collaboration with local and global teams.
• Support Strategic Medical Programs: Contribute to regional and local medical tactics, including Phase 3/4 studies, investigator initiatives, and promotional projects, while aligning with broader business objectives.
• Represent Sobi Globally: Attend and participate in local, regional, and global medical congresses to engage with stakeholders, share expertise, and position Sobi as a thought leader in rare disease therapies.
• Drive Named-Patient Use (NPU) Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate NPU programs, ensuring compliance and ethical adherence to regulatory standards.
• Advocate for Patient-Centric Solutions: Engage with patient advocacy groups and healthcare professionals to gather insights, address medical inquiries, and enhance patient access to innovative therapies.
• Monitor and Execute Medical Action Plans: In partnership with the Medical Director and Medical Science Manager (MSM), propose, implement, and monitor regional medical strategies, including promotional projects and educational initiatives.
• Ensure Compliance and Training: Maintain adherence to local regulations and policies through ongoing training, while validating medical information and training field teams.
• Influence Brand Strategy: Provide proactive input into brand strategy, planning, and budgeting to align medical communications with commercial goals.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (e.g., Pharmacy, Medicine), with a postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse portfolios and achieve medical KPIs.
• Experience in the GCC markets, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), with Arabic proficiency being a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a strong operational discipline to execute complex tasks with precision.

• Desirable experience in hematology and rare diseases, though not mandatory, will be highly valued.
