DXC Technology is seeking a seasoned **Senior Oracle WebLogic Administrator** to lead the deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Fusion Middleware across hybrid environments—spanning on-premises data centers and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ensuring end-to-end ownership of Oracle WebLogic and Fusion Middleware ecosystems:

• WebLogic Domain Administration: Lead the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle WebLogic Server 12c and 14c across all environments—development, staging, and production. Design and manage complex WebLogic domains, clusters, and Node Managers while configuring critical components such as JDBC data sources, JMS queues, security realms, and SSL/TLS certificates. Deploy and maintain enterprise applications (EAR, WAR, JAR) with version control and rollback capabilities, ensuring seamless application lifecycle management.
• Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration: Administer Oracle SOA Suite components, including BPEL processes, Mediator services, and Business Rules, while managing Oracle Service Bus (OSB) pipelines, transformations, and routing. Support Oracle Identity and Access Management (OAM, OIM, OUD) and Oracle Business Intelligence platforms. Utilize Oracle Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control for comprehensive monitoring, diagnostics, and configuration management to ensure operational visibility and proactive issue resolution.
• Oracle Application and Integration Support: Provide end-to-end support for middleware components underpinning Oracle E-Business Suite, Siebel CRM, and Oracle BRM. This includes managing WebLogic domains, Oracle HTTP Server, and integration platforms like Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, and AIA. Troubleshoot complex integrations, adapters, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• High Availability and Disaster Recovery: Architect and implement WebLogic clusters for horizontal scaling and high availability, leveraging tools like Oracle Traffic Director, F5, and HAProxy. Develop and validate disaster recovery runbooks, ensuring compliance with recovery time and point objectives (RTO/RPO). Coordinate failover and switchover procedures across on-premises and cloud environments to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Performance Engineering: Optimize JVM heap, garbage collection, and thread pools to enhance system throughput and stability. Diagnose performance bottlenecks using advanced tools such as WLST, WebLogic Diagnostic Framework, and Java Flight Recorder. Resolve critical issues like stuck threads, memory leaks, and connection pool exhaustion while planning capacity based on workload demands. Integrate monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog to provide real-time insights and actionable analytics.
• Patching and Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning and execution of WebLogic and Fusion Middleware security and release patches, managing patch dependencies and conflicts. Coordinate patching windows with application and database teams while ensuring minimal disruption. Oversee middleware upgrades and migrations, including pre- and post-migration validation to maintain system integrity and performance.
