Your Impact

In this strategic position, you will:

• Lead and innovate in the design, planning, and execution of roads and highways, ensuring alignment with global best practices and local regulatory requirements.
• Drive technical excellence by overseeing geometric design, traffic analysis, grading, pavement engineering, intersections, and junctions—ensuring seamless integration with broader infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate across disciplines to harmonize road systems with other critical infrastructure components, optimizing performance and sustainability.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Roads Engineer with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in infrastructure projects, with a mandatory 3 years of direct experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Proven expertise in roads and highway design, including geometric layout, traffic engineering, pavement design, intersections, and compliance with KSA standards.
• A deep understanding of local regulations, codes, and authority requirements, ensuring seamless integration with government and private sector stakeholders.
• Proficiency in industry-leading software such as Civil 3D and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, with a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic fluency is a significant advantage).
