Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the coordination of BIM models across architectural, structural, landscape, and infrastructure disciplines, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between design teams, consultants, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, bridging gaps between disciplines.
• Enforce rigorous quality control measures to ensure BIM models adhere to project-specific BIM standards, Level of Detail (LOD) requirements, and naming conventions throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Monitor and maintain model integrity, consistency, and data accuracy, leveraging tools like Autodesk Revit and Navisworks to identify and resolve technical discrepancies proactively.
• Perform comprehensive clash detection using Navisworks, track identified issues, and coordinate with design teams to implement timely resolutions, minimizing project delays.
• Manage model federation processes, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination reviews are conducted efficiently and effectively to align all project stakeholders.
• Facilitate and lead coordination meetings with external consultants, internal teams, and contractors, fostering a collaborative environment to address challenges and optimize workflows.
• Support the generation of project deliverables—including drawings, schedules, and reports—directly from BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
• Prepare detailed BIM coordination reports, highlighting technical risks, actionable insights, and key performance indicators to inform decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project-specific workflows, and best practices to enhance efficiency and standardization.
• Align project deliverables with internal BIM protocols and external client requirements, ensuring seamless adoption and scalability of digital processes.
• Maintain and curate BIM content libraries, templates, and standardized families to promote consistency and reduce redundancy across projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams on BIM tools, workflow optimization, and industry best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive innovation in BIM processes, identifying opportunities to enhance coordination efficiency, reduce errors, and leverage emerging technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with a proven track record in BIM coordination and architectural design. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, complemented by 5–8 years of hands-on experience in BIM coordination, particularly within large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with a strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 to facilitate cloud-based collaboration and project management.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration of design intent and technical requirements.
• A deep understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and model workflows, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality digital assets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Exceptional technical and analytical skills, enabling you to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and implement solutions that enhance project outcomes.
