Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Barista to join our team in Haql on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and serving specialty coffee and café beverages in accordance with our established recipes and high standards. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including grinding and brewing coffee, steaming milk to perfection, and maintaining a pristine work area and equipment. Additionally, you will assist with basic food preparation, ensuring all menu items meet our quality and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee and other café beverages, adhering to company recipes and presentation standards to deliver a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
• Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Work Area Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and utensils, following strict hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
• Food Preparation Support: Assist with the preparation of simple menu items, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in line with company guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Restock supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions during service.
• Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members during peak hours, contributing to a cohesive and efficient work environment.
