• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation, approvals, and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Invoice & Payment Processing: Expedite the processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims while adhering to established timelines and controls.
• Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor financial transactions to identify variances, mitigate risks, and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting Support: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking initiatives to align resources with organizational goals.
• Audit Preparedness: Facilitate audit processes by compiling and organizing required financial documents, reports, and supporting evidence.
• Document Management: Maintain meticulous filing systems for finance-related documents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
• Administrative Excellence: Perform general administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of finance operations and support team productivity.

Your Ideal Profile

To thrive in this role, we are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a hospitality environment will be considered. Equivalent combinations of education and professional experience are also welcome.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential to communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure clarity in financial documentation.
