About the Role

Aanaab is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent initiatives. This pivotal role will bridge strategic vision with operational execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, clients, and subject-matter experts to drive excellence in project delivery. Beyond execution, this position will play a key role in shaping business growth by leading proposal development, fostering client relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities. The Project Manager will also champion process improvement, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous enhancement of project standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following core functions:

• Project Planning and Execution: Engage internal and external subject-matter experts during the planning phase to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Oversee the delivery phase, conducting rigorous quality checks to ensure adherence to planned standards and client expectations.
• Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Perform comprehensive quality control on project materials, delivery processes, and client deliverables. Analyze project risks, feedback, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and mitigate potential issues.
• Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain meticulous project documentation, including detailed reports, schedules, plans, and records of meetings and communications. Ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Financial Oversight: Own project budgeting and financial tracking, monitoring costs, forecasting expenditures, and promptly flagging variances to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with financial targets.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the adoption of project management best practices. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and agreed-upon timelines.
• Post-Project Reviews: Conduct thorough post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and document key takeaways for future initiatives.

Business Development and Client Engagement

The Project Manager will also play a strategic role in business growth and client relationship management by:

• Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of compelling proposals, presentations, and client submissions. Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFQs by consolidating inputs from diverse teams to present a unified and competitive offering.
• Scope Definition and Planning: Gather and translate client requirements into clear scopes of work, detailed project plans, and realistic deliverable timelines. Represent the project team in client meetings, documenting needs, feedback, and follow-up actions to ensure accountability and alignment.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update sales pipeline and opportunity tracking tools. Provide visibility on project status, resource availability, and potential growth areas to support informed decision-making.
• Cost Estimation and Resource Allocation: Coordinate internally to prepare accurate cost estimates, project plans, and resource allocations for new business opportunities. Support the development of winning proposals by organizing inputs from various teams.
• Client Relationship Building: Strengthen client relationships through timely, professional communication and proactive follow-up. Develop case studies, project references, and win materials to enhance future business development efforts and demonstrate Aanaab’s expertise.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial tracking, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in proposal development, RFP/RFQ responses, and business development support is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
