  • Collaboration and Safety Advocacy: Work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to reinforce a robust safety culture. Provide guidance on HSE best practices, support the implementation of safety initiatives, and champion continuous improvement in HSE performance.
  • Support for HSE Management Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of HSE management systems, policies, and improvement projects. Assist in audits, risk assessments, and the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance workplace safety and environmental sustainability.

    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and influence positive behavioral change.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) or IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) are preferred and may enhance candidacy.
