As a Strategy Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's growth and operational excellence by supporting the development and execution of corporate strategies. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing corporate strategies that align with our organizational objectives and healthcare market trends.
• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to identify growth opportunities and support strategic planning.
• Developing business cases, financial models, and performance dashboards to monitor strategic initiatives and organizational performance.
• Preparing analytical reports and presentations to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our corporate strategies align with regulatory requirements and healthcare industry developments.

We are seeking a candidate with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, or a related field, with a preference for private healthcare or hospital experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and strategic planning skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
