Elevate Construction Excellence as an Implementation & Service Specialist

The Implementation & Service Specialist (ISS) plays a pivotal role in driving the execution phase of our solution selling offerings, including ON!Track, Fleet Management, Health & Safety, and Productivity Software. This role demands close collaboration with internal teams such as Solutions Consultants, Field Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless deployment and enhanced customer experience.

As an ISS, you will be responsible for growing and protecting customer value within a designated geographical territory. This involves continuous activity and selling additional hardware, services, and software to maximize return on investment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct face-to-face business activities to grow a loyal customer base and strengthen Hilti’s market position within the territory.
• Develop, analyze, and manage business plans related to the customer database to maintain and grow Tool Service Solutions.
• Demonstrate consultative selling, convincing customers of their need for Hilti products and services.
• Train customers on Hilti Tool Service Solutions and identify key customer roles and their needs.
• Collaborate with various departments and the field sales team to achieve goals and negotiate contracts.
• Manage project schedules and represent Hilti in customer meetings.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Based in Riyadh.
