We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Specialist to join our esteemed Oilfield Services Team. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in assembling, testing, and optimizing the latest oilfield equipment that serves as the backbone of our operations. Your expertise will directly contribute to the development of innovative drilling tools through close collaboration with our cross-functional teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, and geoscience. Key Responsibilities

As a Field Specialist, you will be at the forefront of resolving complex operational challenges at well sites. Your role will involve analyzing data, leveraging your extensive knowledge of our product line, and utilizing innovative equipment to effectively monitor and enhance well-site performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drilling Optimization Support: Deliver expert-level support to Baker Hughes Drilling Services operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.
• Digital Solutions Integration: Support Baker Hughes’ innovative digital solutions, including Kantori Optimization services, Drilling Analytics (+Corva), and autonomous directional drilling applications to drive operational excellence.
• Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives and lessons learned across the organization to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Software Field Testing: Support the field testing of new software and the integration of emerging technologies to enhance drilling operations.
• Knowledge Management: Participate in and promote knowledge management initiatives within Drilling Services to ensure best practices are widely adopted.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between local and global teams to facilitate technology development, enhancement, and seamless communication.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to Baker Hughes’ global standards, policies, and procedures, while promoting the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) Management System to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a preference for petroleum engineering.
• Field Experience: Possess a minimum of 7 years of hands-on field experience in Drilling Services technologies.
• Specialized Expertise: Have at least 5 years of experience in Directional Drilling or Drilling Engineering, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in these areas.
• Technical Skills: A background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
