Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Skilled Helper to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in supporting our operational objectives while ensuring adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of our business environment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to execute tasks with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Acumen and Policy Adherence: Develop a deep understanding of NCP’s business environment, strategic goals, and operational frameworks. Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures with accuracy to maintain consistency and compliance across all activities.
• Effective Communication: Deliver and exchange information—both verbally and in writing—in a manner that is clear, concise, and tailored to the business context. Ensure that all communications are comprehensive and facilitate seamless collaboration among teams.
• Technological Proficiency: Utilize standard equipment and software tools with confidence and proficiency. Stay updated with technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency and support daily tasks.
• Machine Operation and Maintenance Support: Execute all required steps and activities for designated production machines in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or other relevant instructions. Maintain a thorough knowledge of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items integral to NAPCO’s maintenance practices to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Safety and Compliance: Prioritize occupational health and safety by rigorously applying local, regional, and international policies, regulations, and standards. Ensure compliance with NAPCO’s established safety protocols to protect individuals, property, and assets while mitigating risks of market losses.
• Regulatory and Legal Understanding: Interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to safeguard individuals and property. Implement proactive measures to prevent market losses and ensure that all operations align with legal and ethical standards.
