This is a pivotal role for a seasoned Government Relations professional who excels in process-driven governance, not just memory-based execution. You will oversee every facet of KIH’s regulatory interactions—from corporate licensing and workforce documentation to platform transactions and ministry relations—ensuring operational continuity and mitigating risks before they escalate.

Key Responsibilities

Your leadership will span four critical pillars:

• Corporate Licensing & Compliance
• Own the entire spectrum of commercial registrations, municipal licenses, and Chamber of Commerce memberships, including renewals, amendments, and attestations.
• Develop and maintain a real-time compliance calendar for all government obligations, with proactive escalations well before deadlines to prevent disruptions.
• Ensure company records with government authorities are audit-ready, with meticulous documentation and transparency.
• Government Platforms & Workforce Services
• Direct all transactions across key government portals, including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, and Muqeem, ensuring seamless workflows for corporate and employee services.
• Oversee the entire employee government-services lifecycle—work permits, iqama issuance/renewal, visas, transfers, and exit/re-entry—collaborating closely with HR.
• Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and flag compliance risks to management with actionable insights.
• Government & Authority Relations
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with ministries, municipalities, and regulatory bodies critical to KIH’s operations.
• Serve as the primary company representative before government entities, ensuring transactions are executed efficiently and transparently.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes, interpreting their impact on KIH and advising leadership on required actions.
• Team & Process Leadership
• Lead and develop a high-performing Government Relations team, setting benchmarks for responsiveness, accuracy, and documentation.
• Establish clear GR procedures and service standards to transition the function from dependency-based to system-driven operations.
• Manage government-services vendors and optimize costs within budget while maintaining quality.

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking a Saudi national with a proven track record in government relations, equipped to represent KIH with authority and expertise. Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Government Relations within the Kingdom, with a demonstrated history of supervising a GR team.
• Expertise in government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, Muqeem) is essential, as is a strong background in licensing, registrations, and compliance documentation.
• Fluency in Arabic (native level) and professional English to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
