Information Technology Specialist: Junior to Mid-level - Saudi National Only

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Information Technology Specialist (Junior to Mid-level) to oversee and enhance our organization’s IT infrastructure and user support operations. This position is pivotal in ensuring seamless technical functionality across the company, bridging the gap between helpdesk services, system administration, and web platform management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, providing reliable solutions to end-users while maintaining robust system performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Support & Ticket Management: Address and resolve IT support tickets promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
• User Account Administration: Manage user accounts, including password resets, access permissions, and provisioning/deprovisioning as required to safeguard data integrity and system security.
• Email & Collaboration Support: Provide expert troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 environments, resolving issues related to email delivery, configuration, and collaboration tools to ensure uninterrupted communication.
• Web Platform Security & Maintenance: Monitor, identify, and mitigate security vulnerabilities across web hosting platforms such as GoDaddy, 101domain, and similar providers, ensuring optimal performance and protection against threats.
• ERP System Support: Maintain and support the Odoo ERP system, including user troubleshooting, basic configuration adjustments, and ensuring alignment with business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Vendor & Hosting Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors and hosting providers to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Network & Connectivity Management: Oversee basic network health, connectivity, and infrastructure to guarantee reliable access to critical systems and resources for all staff members.
• Hardware & Software Deployment: Facilitate the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software for new and existing employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing productivity.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or a related technical role.
• Proven familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, including troubleshooting and user management.
• Experience working with web hosting platforms such as GoDaddy, 101domain, or equivalent providers, with a focus on security and performance optimization.
• Prior exposure to Odoo ERP or any other enterprise resource planning system is considered a strong advantage.
• A troubleshooting-oriented mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently, often under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.
