Key Responsibilities

As an IT professional in this role, your core responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems across various platforms, including desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on IT infrastructure, including software updates, patch management, and hardware inspections to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and software developers, to deliver integrated IT solutions and improve system reliability.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Up to three years of relevant professional experience in IT support, system administration, or a related technical field. Internships and academic projects may also be considered.
• Academic Performance: A minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or 4.0 on a 5.0 scale. This requirement applies uniformly to all applicants, regardless of background or experience level.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking fundamentals, and basic scripting or programming skills is highly desirable.
