Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate **offshore and onshore well intervention activities**, including **completion, casing, and workover operations**, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety regulations.
• Lead a team of **Service Technicians (Level 4) and Operators**, providing mentorship, performance guidance, and operational leadership to achieve project milestones.
• Manage **Coiled Tubing Rig (CRT) deployments**, troubleshooting technical challenges and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with **engineering, procurement, and logistics teams** to ensure seamless execution of field operations, including material coordination and resource allocation.
