Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and advancing structural engineering design and analysis for both upstream and downstream oil and gas projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advanced Structural Analysis: Perform and review sophisticated structural and dynamic analyses for complex structures and facilities to ensure robustness, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
• Design and Documentation: Develop, review, and validate structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports to meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Code and Compliance Oversight: Ensure all structural designs adhere to applicable codes, standards, and client-specific requirements, mitigating risks and enhancing project integrity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize design interfaces across various project phases.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance to junior engineers and address complex structural engineering issues, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Project Lifecycle Support: Contribute to Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), detailed engineering, construction, and site activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on design and advanced dynamic analysis.
• Extensive hands-on experience in both upstream and downstream oil and gas projects, demonstrating adaptability and technical depth.
• Proficiency in industry-standard structural analysis and design software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in deliverables.
• Exceptional technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive project success and mentor teams.
