Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution. Fresh graduates with a strong academic record are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in mechanical engineering is preferred. However, exceptional fresh graduates with a demonstrated passion for the field will also be considered.
• Academic Performance: Candidates must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 4.0 out of 5.0, reflecting a commitment to academic excellence and technical proficiency.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design), FEA (Finite Element Analysis), and simulation software. Strong analytical and mathematical skills are essential.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities. The ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams is critical.
