Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and HVAC units, to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify root causes of mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and techniques, and implement effective solutions to restore functionality and prevent recurrence.
• Equipment Installation and Upgrades: Assist in the installation, commissioning, and integration of new mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications and operational standards.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Generate reports on equipment performance, anomalies, and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications and Skills
