• Strategic Leadership and Mentorship: Design and champion innovative emergency management initiatives that elevate **JHAH’s** role as a trusted disaster response partner for **Saudi Aramco** and its affiliates. Guide and mentor junior professionals to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Policy Implementation and Compliance: Ensure full adherence to **JHAH Corporate Policy 009 (Resilience and Emergency Management)** and **Program 002 (Emergency Management and Business Continuity)**, aligning operations with **Saudi Aramco’s Top Corporate Risk (TCR) guidelines** and **Corporate Policy 40**.
• 24/7 Command and Control Support: Optimize staffing and resource allocation to maintain a **fully operational 24/7 Command and Control Center**, ensuring rapid mobilization of qualified emergency response teams.
• Risk Mitigation and Business Continuity: Identify and address critical gaps in risk management and continuity standards across **JHAH’s** facilities and business units, enhancing organizational resilience.
• Cross-Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with **Saudi Aramco**, affiliated medical facilities, private contractors, and government agencies to ensure synchronized disaster response efforts.

Professional Excellence and Expertise

To excel in this role, you will bring a distinguished background in emergency management, business continuity, or a closely related field. Your qualifications should include:

• Advanced Education: A **Master’s Degree** in emergency management, public health, disaster resilience, or a related discipline. A **PhD or Fellowship** is highly preferred.
• Proven Experience: **Minimum 10 years** of progressive experience in emergency management, business continuity, or crisis response—preferably within a **healthcare or industrial sector**.
• Certifications: **Preferred certifications** include **EM (Emergency Management), C BDLS (Command & Control), ADLS (Advanced Disaster Life Support), or Decon (Decontamination) credentials**, along with **SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) licensing**.
