About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing market impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders to identify marketing needs, align on goals, and execute integrated campaigns that deliver results.
• Budget Management & ROI Optimization: Oversee the marketing budget with precision, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives while tracking performance metrics to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
• Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to analyze customer behavior, competitor landscapes, and emerging trends, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Revenue Growth & Lead Generation: Drive sales and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns, lead-generation strategies, and alignment with sales teams to convert prospects into customers.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and in public-facing communications to strengthen our market presence and reputation.
• Digital & Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and brand management systems to optimize campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and ensure compliance in regulated environments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CIM, or Google Analytics) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Proven track record in marketing leadership, with at least 7-10 years of experience in fintech or financial services, including managing marketing teams and executing strategic campaigns.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in market planning, marketing management, sales alignment, and digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms).
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret data, present insights, and communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English is required.
• Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: Experience working in regulated environments, ensuring marketing activities adhere to industry standards and legal requirements.
• Location & Collaboration: Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and engage effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and executive leadership.
