Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance, operations, and clinical teams to align pricing strategies with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain pricing policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency, compliance, and transparency.
• Monitor and analyze pricing performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Negotiate and finalize pricing agreements with payers, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize revenue while maintaining sustainable relationships.
• Provide expert guidance and training to team members on pricing methodologies, compliance, and revenue optimization techniques.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare pricing regulations, including but not limited to CMS guidelines, state-specific rules, and payer contracts.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for a motivated professional with a strong foundation in healthcare revenue cycle management and pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in RCM, pricing analysis, or healthcare finance are a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in the healthcare field, with a focus on revenue cycle management, pricing, or financial analysis. Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly preferred.
