As a Senior Environmental Engineer, you will lead critical environmental initiatives across oil, gas, chemical, and emerging energy projects, ensuring compliance, sustainability, and operational resilience while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

As a key member of our diverse, high-performing team, you will:

• Lead environmental engineering solutions with deep technical authority, ensuring compliance with global and regional regulations for air emissions, water/wastewater treatment, and sustainable design practices.
• Develop and refine critical deliverables, including regulatory reports, feasibility studies, and technical proposals, while coordinating across multidisciplinary teams to align with project timelines and client objectives.
• Drive innovation in environmental sustainability, integrating best-in-class practices to support energy transition goals, including decarbonization and the deployment of new energy technologies.
• Foster collaboration and accountability, mentoring junior engineers and aligning with Bechtel’s core values of fairness, diversity, inclusion, trust, and collaboration to deliver exceptional results.
