Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge of fine dining protocols.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a consistently high level of service quality.
• Guest Experience Management: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a personalized and memorable dining experience. Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve any issues to exceed expectations.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor daily sales, track expenses, and manage payroll to ensure financial targets are met. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment. Maintain open communication channels with senior management to report on performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the restaurant maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service. Uphold the brand’s reputation by consistently delivering excellence in every aspect of the dining experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a fine dining restaurant, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Prior experience in a luxury or high-end establishment is highly desirable.
• Education: Degree or diploma in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is a plus, though equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
