Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams to forge strategic alliances with industry leaders, investors, and stakeholders. Represent the firm at high-level engagements, conferences, and networking events to enhance visibility and credibility.
• Market Expansion: Lead initiatives to penetrate new markets within Saudi Arabia, leveraging your understanding of local business dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and economic trends. Contribute to the formulation of business development strategies that align with the firm’s long-term objectives.
• Proposal Development: Craft compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our audit, advisory, and consulting services. Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure proposals are technically sound and commercially compelling.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of business development efforts. Provide regular updates to leadership on market trends, competitive insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including audit, advisory, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of business development activities. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or MBA) is a significant advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, client management, or a related field within the audit, advisory, or consulting industry. Prior experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities and develop data-driven strategies. Proficiency in financial modeling, CRM tools, and business intelligence platforms.
• Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
• Negotiation & Persuasion: Sharp negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and securing long-term client engagements. Comfortable operating in high-pressure environments and delivering results under tight deadlines.
