As a key member of JLL’s Industrial Consulting team, you will collaborate with industry leaders, government entities, and multinational corporations to address complex challenges in facility management, supply chain optimization, real estate strategy, and industrial asset valuation. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Advisory: Provide end-to-end consulting services to industrial clients, including facility planning, space optimization, and asset management, to maximize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Market & Industry Insights: Conduct in-depth research on industrial trends, regulatory frameworks, and economic drivers in the GCC region, delivering actionable recommendations to clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, including manufacturers, logistics providers, and government stakeholders, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to execute high-impact consulting projects, from feasibility studies to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Sustainability & Innovation: Advocate for sustainable industrial practices, helping clients integrate green technologies and circular economy principles into their operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent JLL at industry forums, conferences, and client meetings, positioning the firm as a thought leader in industrial consulting.

Qualifications & Experience:

Candidates for this role should possess a proven track record in industrial consulting, facility management, or related fields, with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience. Key qualifications include:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Deep expertise in industrial real estate, supply chain optimization, or asset management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in both English and Arabic (a significant advantage).
• Certifications in industrial consulting, LEED, or related fields are a plus.
• Experience working in the GCC or emerging markets is highly preferred.
